Barbara’s toilet just wouldn’t remove water, flushing only seemed to fill the bowl even more and no water seemed to be draining through to the sewerage line. After a few calls to other Plumbing companies Barbara was left not knowing when her toilet would be fixed or how much it would cost. One call to Mix Plumbing and Barbara was aware of what was going to be required and was given costs and time estimates straight away. Needing the problem solved instantly she asked Mix Plumbing to come over and start work as soon as possible. Mick from Mix Plumbing arrived that day and started work on locating the Toilet blockage and clearing it out. Upon inspection Mick found that the blockage must be deeper than the toilet system and was most likely from the old reinforced concrete pipes that ran in the Northbridge area since the early 1900’s. Mick found an old Inspection Opening (not marked on the plumbing plans by the way) and was able to find a blockage which ended up being from tree roots that had penetrated the pipework and blocked it completely.
